Summary:
To fund structural inspections of schools built by Kids Can Free the Children in Tanzania, Ghana and Sierra Leone, and to establish standards for routine inspections of all Angel Network supported schools. Kids Can Free the Children works with young people and other nonprofits to build schools as well as provide school supplies, health kits and clean water to poor communities in third world countries throughout the world.
Note: The Angel Network Support Foundation gave this grant. Dissolved in 2004, the purpose of the Support Foundation was to support the charitable efforts of Oprah's Angel Network.
