Summary:
To purchase supplies and equipment and fund healthcare provider stipends related to children's health programs on a mobile health unit. The Children's Health Fund provides healthcare to the most medically underserved children and their families through the development and support of innovative primary care medical programs, response to public health crises and the promotion of guaranteed access to appropriate healthcare for all children.
Note: The Angel Network Support Foundation gave this grant. Dissolved in 2004, the purpose of the Support Foundation was to support the charitable efforts of Oprah's Angel Network.
